We specialize in non-emergency ambulatory transportation for individuals needing reliable rides to and from medical appointments, hospitals, senior care centers, pharmacies, dental clinics, and other health-related destinations.
Yes, we accept both Medicaid and Private Pay.
Yes. All drivers undergo background checks, are CPR/First Aid certified, and are covered by commercial auto and general liability insurance.
We recommend scheduling at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

At this time, we only provide ambulatory transportation (passengers who do not require a wheelchair). We plan to expand to include wheelchair-accessible vehicles in the near future.
We understand that things come up. Please review our cancellation policy below:
- No-Show or Same-Day Cancellation (within 15 minutes of pickup): $25 fee
- Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice): $15 fee
- Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: No charge
Please call or email us to cancel as soon as possible to avoid fees.
We accept debit/credit cards, and certain insurance reimbursements, depending on the contract. We’ll discuss payment options when you book your ride.
Absolutely. We are HIPAA compliant and maintain strict confidentiality regarding your information.
Yes! If you have regular appointments (e.g., dialysis or therapy), we can schedule weekly or monthly rides in advance.
Our trained and courteous drivers are happy to assist you safely into and out of the vehicle.
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays, to meet your transportation needs whenever they arise.
